So basicly you need the following requirement as described below:
- Laptop with Wifi and connected to internet via LAN cable. Im using toshiba satellite.
- OS: Windows 7
- Android smartphone. Im using Samsung Galaxy SII.
- Then you can just download freeware named Virtual Router Manager v0.9 Beta
- Setup your own wifi network and press Start Virtual Reuter.
- Now you can connect your android to wifi but still no access for internet.
- Different with the source website Ive given, now Im just share the internet via windows network and sharing center.
- Click on the highlighted yellow, the internet from LAN cable that you want to share.
- On Local Area Connection status, click Properties.
- And Mark Allow network sharing through this internet connection.
- OK, finnaly you now have internet connection shared via wifi.
- If you have any problem you can stop the virtual wifi and turn on again just for restart the connection.
- If there is still problem you can check the android connection to use static IP as described on the web source: http://www.londatiga.net/it/how-to-share-internet-connection-between-pc-and-android-phone-using-wifi/

iam nt getng any option in shared connection it is blank plz help
I think there is no need of any external third party software or to even root your phone .IT can be easily done by using Microsoft's network handling commands in command prompt.
I have discussed a step by step method in my blog.
